Climbing trees develop coordination, build confidence and help with problem solving skills. It is also very good excercise and develops muscle strenght.
Mishka loves climbing trees and I encourage her to do it. She enjoys spending time outside, which I am very grateful for, because it reduces stress and also helps her develop her personal relationship with nature.
Its challenges her physically and through this she knows her strenghts and limitations.
