Climbing Trees

Climbing trees develop coordination, build confidence and help with problem solving skills. It is also very good exercise and develops muscle strength.

Mishka loves climbing trees and I encourage her to do it. She enjoys spending time outside, which I am very grateful for, because it reduces stress and also helps her develop her personal relationship with nature.
